MCR Southeast steel construction is class 2 fire rated basically, non-combustible. Additionally, MCR Southeast has built the first FEMA category 5, 250 MPH wind resistant structure in the United States.
A MCR Southeast building is virtually maintenance free. Paint warranties are typically 20-25 years with options of 30 yrs. With modified siliconized polyester baked paint, pressure wash, the MCR Southeast barn or arena is like new.
All buildings have a “Lifetime Engineering Certification” which means, whatever wind loads the buildings are designed for, they are warranted to survive those loads for a lifetime (based on proper erection).
