Your garage building will come with a "Lifetime Engineering Certification" that ensures your steel garage will withstand the engineered wind loads during the lifespan of the steel building (assuming proper erection procedures followed).
Prefab Garages
Prefab garages does not mean that the building does not come with any options and that you have to take what you get. You can order any options that we can fit in to the building. You can absolutely customize your building to meet your functional and aesthetic needs and desires. Door sizes, windows, skylights and more are all available for customization. Our prefab garages are engineered and manufactured at the factory and that is what makes them prefabricated. This preparation reduces the amount of construction time that will be necessary on your property saving you time and money.
